Verri Media Limited, a company registered in the UK (Company Number: 09604104) is the "data controller" of the personal data we hold, for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (the GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (the DPA), which supplements GDPR and extends its application in the UK.

What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?
We process the following personal data in the course of carrying out our business activities.
Clients/contacts
We collect the following:
contact details of people we work with so that we can contact them regarding shoots (includes name, job title telephone number and email address);
video footage and still images of individuals taken during photoshoots and/or filming (it is business practice to enter into a release agreement with models prior to photographing/filming).
Suppliers
We collect names, contact details and bank account details about our suppliers (which may include individuals) in order to administer contracts that we have with them, including payment for services which they provide to us.
Other
We capture video footage and still images of individuals at events which we are asked to film/photograph (it is business practice to provide notice at the entrance to the event so that those individuals are aware that we are capturing images and may opt-out).
Will data be shared or transferred?
Photographs or footage produced as part of any filming or photographing organised by us are saved on our secure server which is password protected and only accessible by the data subjects and photographer/videographer, who owns the copyright to the photographs.
We do not transfer Personal data outside of the UK.
Security
We take the security of any personal data we hold very seriously and maintain high levels of protection to ensure that there is no loss of or unauthorised access to it. These include technical and physical restrictions on our server, which is password protected to prevent unauthorised access, modification or misuse. Access to our office is restricted and signed documents, including release agreements are stored in a secure office environment. Access to the server and to hard copy records is restricted to our employees.
